What users accept — a summary, not a contract.
There is no Terms of Use document today; this page summarizes what users accept. A full Terms of Use will accompany commercial availability.
A summary is not enforceable terms. This website does not offer an account, a trial, a download, or any data submission beyond a plain contact form.
What this page is, and is not
It is a summary of nine acknowledgments. It is not a license, a service agreement, a data processing agreement, a warranty, or a service-level commitment, and it should not be relied on as any of those.
Nothing on this website creates a contractual relationship. Any engagement with Caretech AI would be governed by a separate written agreement, and where personal or health data is involved, by the data protection terms inside it.

The website itself
This website is a set of static pages. Apart from the contact form described below, it does not create accounts, run trials, serve downloads, or store anything you type into it.
It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or advertising. Every asset it requests — stylesheets, fonts, the one script that runs the navigation — comes from this domain, so visiting a page about health data does not send your address to anybody else's server.
The contact form transmits your enquiry over HTTPS to Caretech's enquiry endpoint, where it is validated and held securely for follow-up by the team that owns your area of interest. Nothing else you do on this site is transmitted or stored.
Patient data does not belong in an enquiry
Please do not include patient health information or other sensitive medical information in the contact form, or in any email to Caretech. That includes anonymized-looking case examples: re-identification from a small clinical detail plus an organization name is easier than most people expect, and ordinary email travels through mail servers neither party controls.
Describe the workflow, the setting and the constraint instead. "A discharge to home care where the medication list stops at the door" carries everything a conversation needs and no one's record with it.
If a conversation genuinely requires real data, it needs an agreement first — and, depending on jurisdiction, a data processing agreement or a Business Associate Agreement. Say so and the conversation starts there instead.
Nothing here binds either of us.
Which is the point: a summary cannot carry an engagement. If you are far enough along to need terms, ask for the drafted agreement rather than relying on a web page.
