The company behind the Caretech platform.
Caretech AI Pvt. Ltd. is a connected healthcare technology company building intelligent healthcare software, analytics platforms, IoT applications and connected care solutions for healthcare providers, institutions, enterprises and care delivery networks across India and the United States.
Care does not stay in one building, and neither does the record of it.
One system, the whole arc of care.
The Caretech platform connects the whole arc of care — the consultation that happens over a screen, the reading taken from a device at a kitchen table, the caregiver at the front door, the clinician cleared to work the night shift, the sample that becomes a report, and the year of small decisions that follows.
Caretech carries the patient, the professional, the device and the decision on one connected system, so that what happens in a home is visible in a clinic, what a nurse documents at a school is available to the physician who follows, and what the data shows afterwards reaches the qualified person who is allowed to act on it.
Care does not stay in one building. Neither does the record of it.
— The hour after a discharge
The platform moves healthcare organizations away from disconnected tools and toward one system where patients, providers, caregivers, devices, reports, schedules and analytics work together. Intelligence at the core, a human in the chair, and a trace behind every decision.
What an organization actually buys.
An organization asks three questions. Can we deliver care to someone who is not in the building? Do we know who is cleared to work, and when? What does the data say afterwards, and who may act on it?
Connected Care & Remote Health
Care that happens where the organization is not — a virtual consultation, a reading from a device at home, a caregiver's visit to a front door. Seven products, from telehealth management and remote monitoring through connected devices and wearables to care coordination and family communication.
Healthcare Workforce & Operations
Who is allowed to deliver care, where, and on what terms. Twelve products, from onboarding, identity and credentialing through readiness, matching, scheduling and time capture to pay, bill and margin.
Health Intelligence & Diagnostics
What the data says after care has happened, and who is qualified to act on it. Eight products, from diagnostic center workflows and patient-friendly reports to biomarker intelligence and healthspan analytics. Every one of them ends at a person.
Two markets, one build.
Caretech builds for the Indian and U.S. healthcare markets and designs for the requirements of both — affordability, regulation, usability, and the way systems are expected to connect.
The two markets differ in almost every operational assumption: who pays, who credentials, how a record moves, what a rural program can afford, what a hospital's counsel will accept. Designing for one and translating later is how healthcare software usually fails its second market — so the constraint lives in data models, jurisdiction rules and permission boundaries rather than in a sales deck.
The discipline is the product.
The measure of a healthcare platform is what it declines to do. Caretech's rules are enforced at the boundary and in the database, not in a policy document.
- Tenant isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security, set per transaction, so it dies with the transaction and cannot leak across a pooled connection.
- Roles hold at the boundary: a scheduler cannot request a shift on a worker's behalf, a worker cannot confirm their own request, and a scheduler cannot approve a timecard.
- Credential requirements are checked at request, at confirmation and at clock-in, with expiry judged against the date of the shift being worked.
- A double-booking is refused at the confirmation gate, and the calendar shows the same conflict before the click that the gate enforces at the click — one rule with two callers.
- A timecard cannot be approved over an unresolved meal-break violation; the approver is told exactly what to fix, and the correction path stays open.
- An AI-assisted output reaches a qualified person with the underlying data and the basis for it shown alongside. Nothing crosses that gate on its own.
- Traceability for key system activity — who did what, and when — so a clearance, a refusal or an approval can be reconstructed months later.

Vision & Mission
The destination Caretech AI is working toward, the mission it states, and the three platform areas that intent is already built into.
Core Values
Six values, published as written — including the one that decides where a human sits in every design that touches clinical judgment.
Quality Commitment
How software is built, reviewed and documented, and the Healthcare Technology Quality Statement that governs what any of it should be relied on for.
Leadership
The healthcare operators behind the platform's twelve workforce products — six people, and the focus areas each of them works in.
See what the platform does.
Healthcare organizations bring Caretech the workflow that breaks — a credentialing queue, a discharge handover, a screening program with nowhere for the readings to land. The platform is built for all three.
